I was born in the city of Siegen, in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. I have lived in Brazil since 2003. I am 44 years old, I am the author of the book “Cozinha Alemã” (Senac publisher), chef at Restaurante Senac Blumengarten in Blumenau (SC), food Stylist and owner of my company Heiko Grabolle Gastronomia.
I graduated as a chef, chef instructor and head chef with master degree in professional cuisine in Germany and today I am a specialist in systematic depolyments 1-2-3 in major gastronomic operations. During my 27 years of profession, I received several titles and awards.The Oktoberfest in Blumenau (SC) counts as the second largest Oktoberfest in the world and one of the largest public parties in Latin America. I have been working at Oktoberfest together with Senac since 2013. I was one of those responsible for implementing the HAUS concept and for the Germanization of the menu and in our last version before COVID my Senac houses sold more than 65,000 dishes.

The Beto Carrero World park is the largest amusement park in Latin America. It has several attractions, shows and gastronomic establishments. I participated in the revitalization of one of the oldest shows: Excalibur. Developing a completely new gastronomic concept, unique in the world: packaging, food and I implemented a 1-2-3 system in the kitchen. A system based on zero waste and fast delivery of the dishes.
